Insurance/Fees
We accept most major insurance companies and EOP programs. Please email me if you have questions regarding your insurance.
If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance company, I will provide documentation to send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Not all insurance companies allow this. Check with your provider for details.
Fees: My current fee is $130.00 per contact hour. (if not using insurance)
